Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

DekhBhal ("دیکھ بھال") is a building maintenance management application operated by SparkHz ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the DekhBhal mobile app and related services.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, phone number, email (if provided), building and flat association, role (owner, tenant, admin).
• Usage data: Maintenance records, tickets, chat messages, votes, and documents you create within your building.
• Device information: FCM token for push notifications, device type, app version.
• Images: Photos uploaded for tickets, receipts, avatars (max 2MB, images only).

3. How We Use Information

• To provide building management services to your building admin and residents.
• To send push notifications (tickets, maintenance, announcements, chat).
• To maintain payment and maintenance records (cash-first, no online payments).
• To improve app security and performance.

4. Data Isolation (Multi-Tenant)

Each building's data is strictly isolated. Building admins can only access their own building. Flat owners and tenants see only their flat and building common data. Super admins (SparkHz) manage platform configuration only.

5. Defaulter Privacy

Maintenance defaulters are shown to other residents as flat number only (e.g. "Flat 5 - Owner: Default"). Full names are visible only to building administrators.

6. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS). JWT authentication protects all API access. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) for push notifications. Google's privacy policy applies to FCM data processing.

8. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting your building administrator or us at support@dekhbhal.com.
